Some of our Shareholders
cbmeds.in operates as a for-profit social venture with a mission to make a global impact on health freedom and opportunities. We believe in forming alliances with impact funds like Rubio, the Change Club, or Pymwymic. In our articles of association, we’ve intentionally omitted restrictions on potential future distributions to such investors. Impact acknowledgment is assured based on performance indicators, encompassing both financial and social impact metrics.
Milestones and reports are crafted to assess both financial and social impact performances. This approach allows cbmeds.in, currently assisting patients and doctors in 90 countries, to maximize its influence on global health access. In the short term, committed impact investors ensure that any profits, if generated, will be reinvested in the access platform to enhance impact. In the long run, there might be a possibility of some payout to shareholders.
Investment policy
All profits will be re-invested in further growing the access platform.
Salary policy
At cbmeds.in, our aim is to achieve results as a unified team, and to foster fairness, we keep salary differences limited. However, some variation naturally exists due to the size of our organization and the diversity in functions and responsibilities. Currently, our salary differences ratio is 1:3.6.
Audits and Commitments
At cbmeds.in, our milestones and reports are closely linked to both financial and social impact performances. This strategy enables our platform, which currently supports patients and doctors in 90 countries, to have a maximum influence on global health access for everyone. Impact investors have pledged that, for the foreseeable future, any profits generated will be reinvested in the access platform to amplify its impact. While our primary focus is continuous reinvestment to enhance societal well-being, there is consideration that, in the long run, some payouts to shareholders may become feasible.
